To provide our Clients with a one stop point of efficient and excellent professional services from a wide range of consultants and experts in the building and construction industry so as to facilitate the design and construction process and financial advice from beginning to end beginning with inception of ideas to actualization of the final product, the building, meticulously finished to the finest detail.
The various consultants that we as architects have teamed up with include structural/civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, physical planners, surveyors, environmental lead experts, contractors, construction materials and products suppliers and manufacturers, project financiers and project managers.
We also have established vital contacts and rapport with various local authorities (city, municipal and county councils) which is essential for procurement of speedy approvals from the same.
We also seek to provide these services within a wide range of products to serve a broad spectrum of clientele of diverse requirements and needs in the building and construction industry.
These products include a wide variety of residential houses (bungalows and maisonettes), rental houses (bungalows, maisonettes, flats and apartments), low- and medium-cost housing schemes, schools, churches, community centre’s, medical facilities, market stalls, warehouses, office and restaurant interior designs, hotels, commercial centres and petrol stations among others.
